Since its creation, BIO-UV Group has aimed to provide responsible water treatment systems to optimize the water resource, protect the environment and the health of users and consumers. More broadly, BIO-UV Group is committed to becoming more actively part of a global corporate social responsibility policy.
BIO-UV Group is driven by the desire to meet the needs of its customers, to satisfy the demands of its employees, but also of its investors. The group also wants to engage in a more transparent and trusting relationship with all its stakeholders.
Our goals:
- -5% of greenhouse gases on scope 3
- Obtain the ISO 26000 Label level confirmed
- Awareness of employees on environmental, social and societal issues.
- Reduction of our energy consumption with the installation of solar panels (follow our production and consumption here)
- Sustainable mobility: decarbonisation of the car fleet, encouragement to carpooling and electric charging station via solar panel for the electric fleet.

Develop a responsible purchasing policy
As part of our CSR approach, we are not isolated and alone in acting; as a stakeholder in a global ecosystem, we carefully select our suppliers and partners.
Today, 94% of our purchases are made in Europe. Choosing to work locally means choosing products or services that meet the highest European standards and limiting our carbon footprint.
Commitments for stable human relationships
The group wants to further improve the diversity of teams by including more seniors, more juniors, and more disabled workers while continuing to cultivate its gender/gender equality index which is now 93 points out of 100.
This rating is calculated from the following 4 elements:
- Gender pay gap (39/40)
- Distribution Gap of Individual Increases (35/35)
- Number of employees increased upon their return from maternity leave (no return from maternity leave)
- Parity among the 10 highest salaries (5/10)
We regularly host convivial meals, breakfasts and company evenings to encourage camaraderie and strengthen ties between colleagues.
Our commitment to wellness also extends to weeks of awareness and volunteer actions, where everyone contributes to important causes and is actively involved in community initiatives.
To promote a healthy and active life, we offer various sports activities accessible to all. Through fitness classes, outdoor outings or friendly competitions, we encourage everyone to move and take care of their physical health.
We invest in the development of our employees by offering regular training. We believe in the importance of continuous learning and want to provide everyone with the means to progress and grow in their professional career.

The 2030 Agenda is a global plan adopted by the United Nations in September 2015 to achieve sustainable development by 2030. It is also known as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The 2030 Agenda consists of 17 goals and 169 targets to eradicate poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all.
